Establishing company


No matter is setting up a new company, or developing a new business project, the organizer shall obtain a good understanding of the market, for instance, the product, the market potential, and rivals. Besides market and product information, the organizer needs to decide on how the company will be organized. For example, a very small firm might choose sole proprietorship as its business entity type in the beginning of operations. Gradually, the company develops and grows; it might need to change from sole proprietorship to a different type of business entity.
